Some properties often mentioned in silicon steel

Silicon steel is often used in electronic and electrical equipment. When we choose silicon steel, we often talk about some properties and characteristics. The following describes the common properties in detail.

Iron loss: At a given frequency (Hertz) and a given peak magnetic induction intensity (Tesla), the power consumed in the iron core sample per unit mass.

Magnetic induction peak value: The iron core sample is in a demagnetized state, and at the calibrated frequency, when the peak value of the AC magnetic field reaches a certain calibrated value, the peak value of the magnetic induction of the iron core sample is the peak value of the magnetic induction intensity.

Grade: There are European notation (such as: M470-50A), Japanese notation (such as: B50A470) and Russian notation (such as: 2214, 2215), etc. For details, please refer to the manufacturer you consulted.

Packing method: There are vertical packing and horizontal packing.

Layer types are divided into: inorganic coating, semi-organic thin coating and semi-organic thick coating, and semi-organic thin coating is common.

Coating color: Different steel mills have different coating colors, and some of the same steel mills have different coating series, and the quality assurance shall prevail.

Annealing status: semi-artifacts belong to incomplete annealing.

Same-plate difference situation: Different steel mills have different same-plate difference conditions, and the superposition coefficient directly affected by the same-plate difference can generally be understood by reading the quality assurance book.

Adhesion of the coating: At present, only British products have poor adhesion, mainly because they are processed under high-speed punching machines in hot weather, and the performance is particularly obvious.
